Enrolling into Before & After School care does not automatically book your child into Vacation Care
Enrolments for Vacation Care will be taken up to six (6) weeks in advance
If your child will not be attending a Vacation Care day then you must notify the centre. Failure to do this, will result in a non-notification fee.
Vacation Care fees are by direct debit, and the whole amount is deducted at the beginning of the Vacation Care period.
Vacation Care enrolment forms and direct debit information must be filled out in total.
If your child does not attend a booked day, they will be marked absent, and you will be charged normal fees.
Children are not to bring roller skates, skate boards and bikes etc.
Breakfast is not supplied at Vacation Care. Children will need to have breakfast before they arrive.
Children will need to supply their own lunch. Food that needs to be heated up, is not recommended, as the centre does not have the facilities to do so.
Afternoon tea is available in the form of a snack and a piece of fruit.
Children are not to bring foods which may contain traces of nuts.
Extra charges apply to certain days for In House entertainment. This may include African Drumming, Mini Golf, Art & Craft Days, Survivor Challenges and lots more.
